At the risk of sounding insincere, I have to say Jacquie changed my life. For over a decade or more I was physically inactive and as a full-time dentist this resulted in almost career-threatening back, hip and neck pain. I spent over $5,000 a year on medical treatments, physio, osteo, massage, chiro but nothing seemed to help. I tried other trainers over the years and never stuck to a consistent plan with them. I was ready to give up until one of the therapists suggested Jacquie. She was the only trainer that was able to uncover the best ways to help me with only 90 minutes of personal training a week. She was also the only one that motivated me to keep going and stay consistent. It didn’t take long for my pain to go from a 9 or a 10 to levels that were very minimal like a 2. Plus I had a lot of fun getting healthy under her direction!

One of the best trainers I have worked with

Jacquie is one of the best trainers I have worked with over the years.  Not only did she sculpt my body/muscles with lifting weights but she helped me keep fitness as my lifestyle.  

While struggling through the start of my healing journey, after divorce, she unknowingly offered insight, intellect and compassion at times I didn’t have a lot and wanted to hide away. 

She gave me a safe harbour in fitness, no judgement when lack of money or motivation became stumbling blocks, we figured it out together.

Even after breaking 3 ribs in a running mishap she tailored a plan to allow me to continue being active safely and without injury while my body then healed.
