Frequently Asked Questions

How are training services delivered?

All services are delivered online. Clients will be required to download the Jacquie B Strong app that is administered via PT Distinction. Most communication will take place through the app’s handy chat feature. Coaching calls will take place via Zoom unless other arrangements are made. All clients are invited to join a private Facebook group.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely online via Stripe.

How do I access the Jacquie B Strong app?

Login instructions will be emailed to you upon registration, it is available for both Apple and Android. You will have the option of downloading the app (I highly recommend this for convenience and to receive the daily task reminders), or you can continue to sign in via your desktop. You can find client login access on the top right of the menu bar on the jacquiebstrong.com website.
